How to import your KDP report:
1. Go to kdp.amazon.com → Reports → Prior Months' Royalties
2. Select the month → click Download
3. Open the Excel file → click the tab with columns: Royalty Date | Title | Author Name | ASIN/ISBN...
4. Click File → Save As → choose Text (Tab delimited) .txt or CSV .csv
5. Upload the saved file below — books will be matched to authors automatically
